Post-Training Coaching Support

Starting a new role can feel overwhelming, especially in a clinical setting. To help ease that transition, participants in the Clinical Medical Assistant Readiness Bootcamp are offered optional post-training coaching support after completing the program. This support includes: One-on-one coaching sessions Up to one hour per session Scheduled every two weeks Available for up to 90 days after training Coaching sessions are designed to help you build confidence, improve professional communication, navigate workplace expectations, and reflect on early job experiences. Coaching is non-clinical and non-supervisory and is meant to support personal and professional growth as you adjust to a new work environment. Participation in post-training coaching does not guarantee employment and is offered as an added support resource, not as job placement or employer training.  Our goal is to help you feel supported, confident, and prepared as you take your next steps in a clinical setting.
