  • Are your courses approved by the Florida Board of Nursing?

    Yes! ModRN Academy is an approved provider by the Florida Board of Nursing. CE Broker Tracking #: 20-1318320

  • Will my course be reported to CE Broker?

    Yes. As soon as you complete a course, we report your contact hours directly to CE Broker.

  • Can I download my certificate right away?

    Yes. Your certificate will be available immediately after you complete the course and pass the post-test.

  • Do I have to complete the course all at once?

    No. All courses are self-paced. You can log in anytime and pick up where you left off. You’ll have 6 months of access from the date of enrollment to complete the course at your convenience.

  • Can I take these courses on my phone or tablet?

    Absolutely! All courses are mobile-friendly and accessible on any device.

  • Do you offer any in-person or hands-on training?

    Yes! We offer optional in-person skill checks for certain courses, including IV Therapy and Clinical Bootcamps. Look for courses marked “In-Person Option Available.”

  • Do you partner with healthcare facilities?

    Yes. We provide CE training for staff, onboarding support, and customized group packages. Contact Us to learn more about setting up a facility partnership.

  • What’s your refund policy?

    Due to the digital nature of our courses, refunds are not offered once course content has been accessed. However, we’re here to help resolve any issues.
