We report your completed CE within 24 hours, and often much sooner.

Do your courses meet all Florida RN renewal requirements?
Yes. Our Florida RN License Renewal Bundle includes all required courses for Florida RNs, including Medical Errors, Laws & Rules, Human Trafficking, Impairment, Domestic Violence (every third renewal), and HIV/AIDS (first renewal only).

What is your refund policy?
Refund policies vary by program type. Online CE Courses: Due to the digital nature of CE content, courses are non-refundable once accessed. In-Person Bootcamps & Skills Check-Offs: Because in-person programs require instructor scheduling, material preparation, and reserved space, the following policy applies: Full refund if canceled 7 days or more before the start date 50% refund if canceled 3–6 days before the start date No refunds for cancellations made within 3 days of the start date Late cancellations or no-shows limit the ability to reassign seats and disrupt instructor preparation and program delivery.
