  • Payment information (processed securely by third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal).

  • Course activity, quiz results, and certificate completion records.

  • Survey and evaluation responses (including feedback, ratings, and written comments you provide at the end of a course).

2. How We Use Information

• To deliver courses, quizzes, surveys, and certificates.

• To report CE completions to CE Broker as required by the Florida Board of Nursing (FBON).

• To evaluate and improve our courses and meet FBON’s ongoing evaluation requirements.

• To communicate with you about courses, updates, and renewals.

3. Sharing Information

• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.

• We share course completion records only with CE Broker for the purpose of reporting continuing education credits to FBON.

• Survey responses may be used internally to improve courses and may be aggregated for reporting but are not individually shared outside ModRN Academy.

4. Data Retention

• Certificates, course completion records, and survey data are retained for at least 4 years in compliance with FBON requirements.

5. Security

• We use secure systems to protect your personal and payment data.

• However, no online platform can guarantee 100% security.

6. Your Rights

• You may request a copy of your personal data or ask for corrections by contacting us at support @modrnacademy.com

• You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
